I loved how clean the room was during my 5-night stay. Irina, the receptionist, made my check-in process smooth and provided me with helpful tips about exploring the area. The location was a dream-only a short walk to Gran Via and Plaza Mayor.

Nice stay, cool and lovely place for one night. The outstandingly accommodating staff and their attitude. Early check-in, late check-out, airy room with a queen-size bed, kettle, for instance. Honestly nothing to complain about.

I loved how easy it was to walk to Gran Via in just minutes and enjoy the beautiful views at El Retiro Park. The staff here were also helpful, providing great tips for exploring the area.

The room was basic and cramped for the price!!! The bathroom seemed like a closet with ongoing moisture issues!!! Entry doors that require an Olympic-level skill to open should definitely be improved!!!

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Gran Via and Plaza Mayor. The staff were especially cute, with Irina providing helpful tips for karaoke spots nearby. Our room wasnice and neat.

Excellent hotel with wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and tv. The staff were kind to my old parents during our first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend this for a stress-free stay. Coming back next year!

Just a balanced option for a stopover in Madrid with good price value. The room was large, clean, and had a small fridge that was super handy for cold drinks. If noise bothers you, ask for a room on the back side of the hotel.

The room was clean and spacious, equipped with a fridge and a kettle, perfect for making tea and coffee. The noise from the pizza parlor across the street made it difficult to sleep, with loud patrons and continuous rolling gates echoing through the night. The lack of sound insulation from other rooms added to the disruption. While the location was convenient, the noise levels significantly impacted the overall experience.

Located conveniently near Gran Via, the cozy interior double room offered helpful amenities like a fridge, kettle, and complimentary water. Though the bed felt a bit small for a couple, the friendly staff and daily cleaning made the stay pleasant overall.

Room with a balcony was amazing! 🌞 It had everything I needed - a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV.

Great accommodation with a marvelous setting close to Sol, Plaza Mayor, a supermarket a 3-minute walk away, and the center as well as the sea. The staff - really friendly and excellent.

The rooms had comfortable beds and coffee, and the modern interior design was outstanding, with incredibly accommodating staff and early check-in made for a terrific stay.
